1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "user") and Cyber Toddler ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.cybertoddler.com website and any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

18. TRAINING PROGRAM

By enrolling in our training program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

2. Payment: Payment for the training program must be made according to the provided payment instructions. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of program access.
3. Refund Policy: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy as outlined in the program specifics. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Course Access: Participants will receive access to training materials, resources, and sessions as per the program schedule. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary equipment, software, and internet access.
5. Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the program. Any disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of program rules may lead to immediate expulsion from the program without a refund.
6. Intellectual Property: All training materials, content, and intellectual property associated with the program are the exclusive property of Cyber Toddler. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials beyond personal learning without prior written consent.
7. Privacy: Participant data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. By enrolling in the program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for program-related purposes.
8. Termination: Cyber Toddler reserves the right to terminate a participant's enrollment for non-compliance with these terms and conditions, disruptive behavior, or violations of program rules. No refund will be issued in such cases.
9. Modifications: Cyber Toddler may modify program details, including schedules, content, or terms and conditions, with prior notice to enrolled participants.
10. Agreement: By enrolling in our training program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review and adhere to these terms throughout your participation in the program.

19. CYBERSECURITY SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAM

Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before enrolling in the "Cybersecurity Skill Development Training Program" offered by Cyber Toddler. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Access and Registration:
- 1.1 Individuals interested in the Program must register through the official Program website.
- 1.2 Registration is open to students, professionals, and enthusiasts interested in cybersecurity.
2. Program Duration:

- 6.2 Project work should adhere to ethical guidelines, and participants are expected to respect intellectual property rights.
7. Mentorship:
- 7.1 Mentorship sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability and conducted via online communication channels.
8. Certificates:
- 8.1 Certificates will be awarded upon successful completion of the Program, as specified in the chosen plan.
9. Conduct and Etiquette:
- 9.1 Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in all Program interactions, including forums, discussions, and mentorship sessions.
- 9.2 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the Program.
10. Privacy and Data Protection:
- 10.1 Participant data and personal information will be handled in accordance with the Program's privacy policy.
- 10.2 The Company is committed to safeguarding participant information and ensuring data protection compliance.
11. Program Changes and Updates:
- 11.1 The Company reserves the right to make changes or updates to the Program structure, materials, and policies. Participants will be informed of any significant changes in advance.
12. Termination of Participation:
- 12.1 The Platform reserves the right to terminate a participant's access to the Program if they violate Program policies or engage in any behavior deemed harmful or disruptive to the Program or other participants.

13. Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds:

20. CYBER TODDLER'S MASTERY PROGRAM SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES:

Here are the terms and conditions for the subscription packages:
1. Subscription Packages: We offer five subscription packages: 1 Month Access, 3 Months Access, 6 Months Access, 1 Year Access, and Lifetime Access. Each package provides access to our full range of cybersecurity courses for the specified duration.
2. Payment: Payment for subscription packages is due at the time of enrollment. Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments are non-refundable.
3. Access: Subscribers will receive access to the program platform upon successful payment. Access is granted based on the duration specified in the chosen subscription package.
4. Completion Certificates: Subscribers may receive completion certificates for each course completed during the subscription period. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements.
5. Support: Subscribers have access to 24/7 customer support throughout the duration of their subscription. Support is available via email, live chat.
6. Content Updates: We reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course content, materials, or assessments at our discretion. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes to course content.
7. Program Modifications: We reserves the right to modify subscription packages, including pricing or features, at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions.
8. Non-Transferability: Subscription packages are non-transferable and may not be shared or resold to third parties.
9. Non-Disclosure: Subscribers are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reproducing course content, materials, or assessments without prior written consent from us.
10. Termination: We reserves the right to terminate access to the platform for any subscriber found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
11. Cancellation, and Refunds:
- To cancel participation, notify the Program's support team through official channels.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and include the subscriber's account information.
- Cancellations made within [1] day of the Plan's start date qualify for a full refund if no Program materials have been accessed and should have a valid reason. Please note that the "Instant Access and Setup Fee" are non-refundable.
- After [1 day], refunds may not be available, except in exceptional cases.
- Upon receiving a cancellation request, our customer support team will process the cancellation and terminate access to the platform. Subscribers will receive confirmation of the cancellation via email.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
- Processing times vary by payment method and financial institution.
- Cyber Toddler does not charge any cancellation fees for subscription packages. However, subscribers are responsible for any outstanding fees or charges incurred up to the time of cancellation.
- Cyber Toddler does not provide refunds for partial months of access. Subscribers will continue to have access to the platform until the end of the current billing period, regardless of the cancellation date.
- Subscribers who wish to reactivate their subscription after cancellation may do so by contacting our customer support team. Reactivated subscriptions will be subject to the current pricing and terms at the time of reactivation.
- Cyber Toddler reserves the right to cancel a subscriber's access to the platform at any time for violation of the terms and conditions or for other reasons deemed necessary by the platform.

- Commissions will only be awarded for sales that are made through properly tracked affiliate links.
5. Payouts
- Payouts will be processed on a regular basis as outlined in the affiliate dashboard.
- The minimum payout threshold may apply, and commissions must reach this amount before a payout is issued.
- Payment methods and associated fees will be disclosed in the affiliate dashboard.
6. Cookie Duration
- Affiliate referral links will be tracked using browser cookies with a specific duration as specified in the affiliate dashboard.
- Commissions will only be awarded if the customer makes a purchase within the cookie duration after clicking the affiliate's referral link.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Affiliates must not engage in any activities that may harm our brand, reputation, or business interests.
- Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: bidding on our brand name or variations in search engine marketing, using misleading or false advertising, and infringing on intellectual property rights.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the affiliate partnership at any time for any reason by giving written notice.
- If an affiliate violates these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to terminate the partnership and withhold any pending or future commissions.
9. Modification of Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and their continued participation in the affiliate program will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
